Spiced post workout shake

 

Get your protein fix post workout with these delicious spiced shake by personal trainer Tegan Haining.

 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup roasted sweet potato 
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 scoop BSC Naturals Vegan Protein

Method

Blend well to combine, drink immediately.
